Finally, it’s here – the English version of our Kihon Booklet with all techniques from the 10th Kyu to the 2nd Dan.

Included are all stances, kicks, punching, and blocking techniques with detailed explanations to support you in developing the technical requirements for the next Kyu or Dan examination. In addition to illustrative pictures of each technique, there are many useful pieces of information and explanations on the execution of the techniques. Not just beginners, but also experienced karatekas can deepen their understanding of Kyokushinkai Karate techniques with it.

The Kihon Booklet follows the WKO standards (Shinkyokushinkai), which at most differ in a few details from other Kyokushinkai associations.
